I make art for people who look at things.
Florals studied until they stop being pretty and start being strange. Figures caught in the particular light of an ordinary moment. Work that begins in observation and ends somewhere harder to name.
These are paintings for living with — not decorating with. For the wall you pass every morning and find something new in. For the collector who wants to feel something specific, not just fill a space.
